Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using Decisi ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Decisi (Loveall Innovations Pvt. Ltd.)
Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws.
Account Registration & Security
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
Permitted Use
You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
You must not:
✗Post or share unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
✗Interfere with security features or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
✗Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data without written consent.
Intellectual Property
• All intellectual property rights in Decisi, including software, design, algorithms, databases, and brand assets, belong exclusively to Loveall Innovations Pvt. Ltd.
• You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, and distribute it for platform functionality.
Subscriptions & Payments
• Certain features are available via paid subscriptions.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as per your plan.
• Taxes and charges may apply.
• We may revise pricing with prior notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
•Violate these Terms,
•Engage in fraud,
•Misuse services,
•Breach applicable laws.
You may terminate your account anytime via settings.
Disclaimer of Warranties
• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for accuracy of user-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loveall Innovations Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, India courts.
• International disputes may be resolved via arbitration under UNCITRAL Rules.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms anytime. Updates will be posted, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
