Subscription & Billing

• Decisi offers free and paid subscription plans.

• Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before billing date.

• Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges.

• New users are eligible for a one-time 3-day free trial of the Pro plan.

• Trial is allowed once per account only.

• No payment method required during trial period.

• Users must cancel before trial ends to avoid automatic subscription charges.

⚠️ All subscriptions are non-refundable.

•Free Plan: No charges, no refunds.

•Paid Plans: All purchases are final and non-refundable, including initial subscriptions and renewals.

•Trial Period: No charges during the 3-day trial, therefore no refunds applicable.

• You may cancel at any time via your account settings.

• Post-cancellation, subscription remains active until end of billing cycle.

• Account deletion does not cancel subscription; you must cancel separately.

• Users should first contact support to resolve disputes.

• If unresolved, disputes are governed by Terms & Conditions jurisdiction (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India).
